The Links process allows an authorized user to create links to other pages or sites. This can be used as a "Favorite Links" or "Related Links" display.

The links to the right demonstrates the ability to have the user see any link. The Home Page link goes to this site's home page while the CNN and Red Cross links goes to the CNN and Red Cross sites. Each link can be shown in the same window as the current browser, or may be shown in a new browser. In the links to the right, the Home Page link will show in this browser, while the CNN and Red Cross links will open a new window.

The options for the Links control are to display them in one or two columns, and optionally a description may be applied to each link. If a link description is provided, the links should be shown in one column so that the description can be shown to the right.

Shown below is a sample of what the edit process looks like to add a new link, or modify an existing link. Any existing links is shown in the dropdown listbox at the top and will load the information associated with a link when selected. When all information is provided, the Update button is pressed to add it to the list or modify the existing link. A Delete button will also be shown when an existing link is selected in case the link needs to be removed. Pressing Done will close the edit window below so that the list of links is shown with the addition or changes.
