Each control has the ability to have its content updated by an authorized user. This permits the owner of the site to maintain the information displayed to the user without having to upload HTML files to a web server. Virtually all of the content for this site is managed by these controls so that changes can be made by non-technical staff. However, if you understand HTML you can enter your own HTML into some of these controls. For example, this page is using the Text Editor to manage the text that you are reading now.
Select the links above to review specific details about each capability. Information will be shown about the capabilities of the control. No updates will be possible to prevent inappropriate content on the example pages. Where possible, sample usage has been set up to better demonstrate the capability of the control.
Not shown on the links above is the ability to have Breadcrumbs on any page. This is normally displayed near the top of the page and directly under the header. Breadcrumbs permit the user of the site to see the navigation information describing how they arrived at that page. Breadcrumbs can be added to the entire site or just selected pages.
