Document Management provides the ability to have authorized users log in and upload documents to the site. Regular users then have the ability to download these documents by clicking on them. The information displayed to the user is the document's title, description, file size, and last uploaded date.

There are no limits to the number of files that can be managed by the Document Manager. The only limits that you may find are in the hard drive space on your web server if you manage this yourself, or the limitation imposed by your web hosting company. In these cases additional space is easily obtained by increasing your hard drive size or through negotiation with your hosting provider.

Optionally, the Document Manager can produce a file for users that would like to utilize an RSS Reader. This file resides on your site and allows a user to not have to visit your site to determine if there are any updates or new materials available. Instead, an RSS Reader routinely checks your site and reports when a new document or change is available. Enabling this feature will cause the Document Manager to produce this file and the associated links automatically.
